What is Development?
Real estate development is a process to see the forest for the trees. There are many facets that require cohesive management, and the role of the developer is to ensure the entire deal is progress by coordinating the individual elements.

To complete the project, you must fill the canvas, which will include four major elements:
And within each of these elements are sub-elements; individual companies and processes that must be coordinated and managed, and then cohesively integrated into the whole:
The developer’s role is to:
Ensure the elements themselves get filled
Fill in the space between the elements
This is the heart of development. Some developers self-perform different items in the circles above. But the true work of a developer is the integration of all of these disciplines to create a complete picture. The developer’s main contribution is the shading between the elements that creates a complete picture:

Our process is to discover and understand the opportunity, put the team together and identify everyone’s roles / expected contributions, and then to manage all parties to bring forth a complete project from concept through construction through stabilization.
